General Rules
- COD and self-pick-up at the agreed location only. No postal or delivery/pickup service provided.
- The lessee must check the condition of the goods before proceeding. Make sure the goods functions as intended before accepting. During the duration of lease, lessee will take full responsible on the goods leased. Any carelessness that break the goods will be fully under lessee’s responsibility and pay full compensation of the broken goods according to market price.
- We will not be directly responsible for any cost derived from broken goods during the lease.
- Additional charges will be imposed on the lessee for any visible scratches or marks that stand-out, which was not visible during pick-up.
- 1 day will be counted as full 24-hour from the goods delivery and return.
For example, delivery is at 10 PM Saturday, the return time will be at 10 PM Sunday. - The sum will be calculated based on the total duration of lease. For example, the pick-up is at 10 PM Friday and return is at 10 PM Sunday. The sum will be calculated as full 2 days, even if the intended day of use is only on Saturday.
- Reservation will only be taken after lessee made full payment of lease price (as disclosed by us) within 3 hours after details on the bank account has been given. No free booking will be accepted.
- We respect our customers confidential information and will not disclose to anyone, except in the case of fraud or irresponsible lessee.
- We will use all available information and resources to make claims in case of fraud and such in any media such as Facebook and blog.
- There is no refund even if you did not use the goods during the term of lease.
- The lessee must make full payment for the agreed lease duration and deposit before having the right to receive the goods.
- Bill/Invoice will only be issued on demand during returning goods.
Lease Method
During goods handover, please provide the documents below:
- Copy of lessee IC (soft copy/hard copy) along with original for verification purpose.
- 2 Phone number of closest relatives (parents/siblings)
- Latest original utility bill (water/electricity/phone/internet/ASTRO/etc.) as proof of current living address
- RM200 in cash as the deposit during goods handover. The deposit paid will be returned to the lesse once the goods has been returned in good hands.
Booking of Lease Date
- Any booking without payment will not be accepted.
- In order to prevent the goods from being leased to another person, you can pay a deposit of one (1) full lease day of the goods in advance as date booking.
- Cancellation of booking:
- Within 2 days from the booked date.
The deposit will not be returned to the lessee. However, 50% of the deposit amount is entitled to be carried forward towards another date of lease for the same goods. - Within 3 days from the booked date.
The deposit will not be returned to the lessee. However, 100% of the deposit amount is entitled to be carried forward towards another date of lease for the same goods.
- Within 2 days from the booked date.
